Segments

Geographic segments for territory membership, including boundary editing.

Segments (geographical segments) group entities by territory. They are commonly available on Premium plans and appear in the Segments sidebar panel when your license includes them.

What you can do

  • Browse and open segment details
  • Distinguish segment name (list) from shape label (map-only)
  • Edit boundaries on the map, then Save boundaries
  • Work with large membership lists (modern builds support large segment sizes)

If the Segments panel is missing, check User Interface Options and your license entitlements with an administrator.

Boundary editing

  1. Open a segment.
  2. Click Edit boundaries — existing shapes load for editing.
  3. Adjust shapes on the map.
  4. Save boundaries.

Region and segment boundary edit modes are mutually exclusive for a session—starting one clears the other.
