User Interface Options
Choose which sidebar panels appear and which fields show on Main Search.
User Interface Options control which panels and filter fields you see. Open Options, then the UI / interface tab.
Panel visibility
Show or hide sidebar panels such as:
- Main Search, Favorites, Saved Search
- Saved Regions, Saved Locations, Segments
- Employees, Exports, Agenda, Directions
- AI Insights, Marker Styles
Availability still depends on license and role. Hiding a panel only affects your UI preferences where the product stores them per user.
Main Search filter fields
Add NetSuite select and checkbox fields so they appear as filters on Main Search. Example: a custom “Hardware Sales Rep” select or “Credit on Hold” checkbox.
Tips
- Keep the sidebar lean—only enable panels you use weekly.
- After changing filter fields, re-test Main Search and re-save your Default Search if needed.
