Administration Panel
Admin dashboard for licenses, geocoding, AI configuration, realtime, and billing.
Users with admin access see an Administration / dashboard entry (often a dashboard icon in the header). Tabs and labels can vary by subscription; typical areas include:
License information
On a per-user activation model:
- Total purchased — seats you bought
- Total activated — seats activated with your API key
- Current user count — users who have accessed QSmap
Users or admins activate/deactivate licenses with the API key issued at purchase.
On a seat pool model without per-user activation, purchased counts still show while activated may remain zero. Contact support@qsmap.net to adjust who should retain access.

Geocoding statistics
Charts and counts typically include:

| Bad address | Address present but could not be geocoded |
| Non-geocoded | Missing address / not yet coded |
Refresh while a batch is running to update progress.
AI configuration
Where AI is enabled, administrators configure organization defaults (providers, models, keys) and related controls. End users may pick a personal model override in Options when allowed. See AI Insights.
Realtime
When configured, live updates can refresh export progress and certain event-lead map updates without a full page reload. Realtime requires correct network access and admin setup; it degrades gracefully when disconnected.
Billing
If your account uses in-app billing (for example Stripe checkout / customer portal), administrators manage plans here. Otherwise billing stays outside QSmap—contact support or your partner.
If you expected Billing, AI, or Realtime tabs and do not see them, your plan or account configuration may not include those modules yet.
