Trials, seats, activation models, and how QSmap licensing appears in NetSuite.
QSmap licensing is tied to your NetSuite account and subscription with EhCanadian Consulting.
Trial
- 30-day trial is available from the SuiteApp listing / marketing trial CTA.
- During trial, geocoding is typically capped (commonly 1,000 entities).
- Ask support@qsmap.net if you need more time or a higher trial cap.
Production models
Administrators see license totals in the Administration Panel:
- Activated seats — each user activates with an API key; purchased vs activated counts are tracked.
- Seat pool — a fixed number of users without per-user activation; support helps remove users who should no longer access QSmap.
Feature availability (heatmap, multi-layer saved searches, contests, AI, realtime, segments, and so on) depends on plan entitlements. UI may hide features your plan does not include.
In-app billing
When enabled for your account, admins can view plans or open a billing portal from the admin dashboard. If you do not see billing UI, your organization likely invoices outside QSmap.
License and plan questions that are not answered in the admin dashboard should go to support@qsmap.net—include your NetSuite account ID and company name.
